Then we want to know. Places change faster than any website keeps up with, and the people best placed to catch it are the ones who were there last week. If a price, a road condition, an opening time or a recommendation did not match what you found, tell us. Include the page, what you found, and roughly when you were there. That is usually enough to fix it without any back-and-forth.

What happens then

We check it before we change anything, because one report can be a bad day rather than a new normal. If it holds up, the page gets corrected or pulled. If we cannot confirm it either way, we will usually say so on the page rather than quietly leave it as it was.

Response time

This is a small, independently run site. Expect a reply within a few business days, sooner for reports about safety-relevant information such as road or pass conditions.
